We shall act in a safe manner

GMC has a vision of zero damage. We will provide a safe and secure working environment for all personnel, which means preventing all accidents and incidents related to people, the environment and material.

We all have a personal responsibility to help GMC be a safe and secure workplace. Everyone has the right and duty to stop an insecure action.

AN INCLUSIVE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

WE SHALL ENSURE THE RIGHT INFORMATION TO OUR STAKEHOLDERS

We communicate clearly, accurately and accurately with our stakeholders and ensure that information is provided on time. Communication with the media and publicity is in accordance with GMC guidelines.We shall not publish images or video of customers’ employees, ships, rigs, facilities or equipment without the prior written consent of the customer. This applies to social media as well. We have confidentiality regarding the personal or business relationship of customers, employees, suppliers and others, as we are acquainted with in GMC.

GMC’S ETHICAL GUIDELINES

We offer or do not receive gifts or other financial remuneration for obtaining personal business benefits for others or ourselves, neither in nor outside of Norway. We assume that all employees act in accordance with the Code of Ethics when they are on business trips, courses and events. If any unfair or critical circumstances occur in our organization, GMC is protecting our colleagues´ right to notify a superior, QHSE leader, HR manager or trustee. The person who alerts shall not be liable for retaliation.

WE MUST EMPHASIZE THE ENVIRONMENT

GMC is an environmentally conscious company, and is a driving force for safeguarding the environment. We are also working to minimize our emissions. Environmental assessment and environmental costs are included in all decisions.
