GMC Group acquires Kvaleberg AS

The industrial group GMC is acquiring the operations of Kvaleberg AS, a local player in ventilation and cooling.

This acquisition marks a significant step for GMC and strengthens the company’s position in the market for HVAC services, as well as services to the offshore and energy industries. Through this acquisition, GMC will expand its expertise and service portfolio in specialized HVAC solutions for the maritime sector and offshore installations, GMC stated in a press release.

Kvaleberg AS will, within a few months, operate under GMC’s brand name and become a department within GMC HVAC AS. The company’s management and employees will be integrated into GMC HVAC’s operations, and customers can expect a seamless transition without any disruption in service delivery.
